Entitlement Consulting
Uchima Corp. provides fee based consulting services and solutions for real estate investors, developers, and businesses. Our expertise assisted major Orange County Investor and developer the Muller Company secure entitlements to build a new 24 Hr. Fitness Gym and Urban Plates Restaurant at their Del Amo Crossing project in the City of Torrance.
For Seiwa and Marukai Markets, we assisted them negotiate commercial property leases and secure government approvals for their stores in the cities of Torrance, Gardena, and Costa Mesa.
